Nanyang Girls' High School Life Skills Camp shirt designs
Tasked with creating a design for each cohort's school camp's tee-shirt, I decided to incorporate our school's iconic clock tower and the brick wall design found in the school building to make the designs uniquely Nanyang. Each design encompasses the journey students partake on during that year. Together, they paint the story of a student integrating into the Nanyang family, slowly learning their place in the community, before graduating with pride.

Sian Chay Love and Care Charity Concert, 2017
I was tasked with designing a logo to be used for the concert. To stay congruent to the theme of love and music, I created a logo resembling a heart-shape, made up of a musical note on the left and a base cleft on the right. The three designs below are the options I provided for the concert planning committee.

Sit Until Like That, 2020
This comic came about because people were making repairs in my house, during which I spent the day on my couch in various awkward (and inappropriate, according to my mother) sitting positions while I drew. They kept shooting me confused glances which made me wonder just how hilarious I must have looked.

Creating Me, 2020
This short animation revolves around the idea that although we start out as a product of our environment, as we get older and learn more about ourselves, we have the option to pick who we want to be, regardless of where we grew up and who tried to influence us.

Redemption, 2020
The comic represents my view on mistakes, guilt, learning from mistakes and redeeming yourself. The guilt accompanied with making mistakes is a tough burden to carry, to the point sometimes you wonder why it had to happen at all. But I believe that everything in life happens for a reason; someday that mistake you made will help you prevent others from making the same one.

Past The Thorns, To the Heart (2018)
Revolving around the storyline of an elusive but extremely protective guardian of the gardens. It investigates the duality of femininity; on one hand tough, powerful and untouchable, and on the other soft, sweet and submissive. The softer side of feminity is often welcome, while the tougher side is not. This series aims to show that the two are not dichotomous, instead, are two sides of the same coin.
The series itself is split into two miniseries, which depict two different occurrences in the garden.

"Those who have chanced upon her say she is a fearsome creature bent on ridding you from her territory; a demon instead of a friendly nymph. But only those patient and willing enough will know that if you bothered to get to know her a little, and not threaten to destroy her flowers, she can be quite nice.”
